Testimonials
I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and all the team at Empower2themax for your ongoing commitment over the past 16 months. During this time your advice and motivation has allowed me to achieve things that I would never have thought possible. Physically I have never been fitter or stronger and mentally I am now able to be more decisive and confident of decisions I make. As a resident of a remote camp, having a resource such as Empower2themax on site is invaluable, providing many staff whom have a common interest and goal, the opportunity to be their best and enjoy a positive social outlet. When considering my current employment offer the fact that your services were available on site helped influence my decision as I had heard how effective Empower2themax has been. In closing, thanks again for all your help and I look forward to achieving even higher goals in the near future.

Despite not having attended a gym, fitness has always been an integral part of my life and until this point I've been content with a regime of running and exercises. Although I've always enjoyed going for a run, as I've gotten older it become progressively harder to con myself into going. Since starting at the gym your knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement have made for far more enjoyable and effective exercise sessions than on the grass or garage floor. No more problems with wet weather, there's the treadmill. The targeted, interesting and varied exercise and weight program you structured for me has made running easier, with a much greater level of anticipation, enjoyment and fitness. Your encouragement and commitment are contagious. It has been interesting to watch you answer questions and offer encouragement not only about fitness but diet, sleep patterns, daily concentration levels and self esteem. Your low pressure, relaxed and knowledgeable approach has resulted in an almost 100% turnout of my team at your gym, some of these being people who've always regarded exercise as simply a word for hard and unnecessary work. The results speak for themselves. You've changed the training methods of a man who's always enjoyed a walk or jog, but because of sore knees has had to endure time off training for jarring injuries and regular physio visits, to cycling and exercises that maintain or improve fitness, while having no detrimental effect upon his knees or other joints. By his own admission he feels the best he's felt in 30 years. A number of our people are overweight but again your approach is obviously based upon a high level of both fitness and dietary training and knowledge, but with a keen understanding of the person's hopes, ambitions and limitations, your training program and attitude are both effective and individually structured, to the extent that exercise is becoming an important aspect of these people's daily life. By helping people to understand and overcome the pitfalls of a bad diet, by suggesting alternative foods, as well as ongoing support and encouragement, you are directly responsible for achieving well managed weight loss with a consequent improved attitude and self esteem of these people. Your knowledge, commitment and belief in what you are doing is obvious, yet from your gym induction to your personally structured program, to your management of your inductee's progress, to your ongoing advice and support it's even more obvious that the welfare, outcome and satisfaction of your gym members is the most important aspect of your training sessions. It's interesting, fun and you're bloody good at it.
