Personal Training LocationsEmpower2themax is mobile throughout Brisbane. We can train you in your own community, at your home, at your workplace or at a park near you. We also have Personal Trainers that work from the Gold Coast to Noosa and every where in between, we will come to you, when it best fits into your busy schedule. You can train by yourself, with a partner, or in a group - it is up to you. If you choose to train with a group of friends, it will reduce your outlay and the group dynamic can assist us in motivating you to reach your goals.
