If you find a decent personal trainer might help, but they are all $80 - $100, too dear and do they really care!

The most important thing is to find a Trainer you "click" with. Someone who makes it fun, exciting and educational. Someone who motivates you to come back each and every time.

My outlook on personal training has completely changed. I wish I knew it could be fun and the benfits of it years ago. This morning training was at 5am which seemed far too early, but I had so much more energy and knew my training was taken care of for the day. Once I reach my goal through the motivation passed on from the 'Old Dude' I will continue to stay fit and healthy cause it makes me feel better.

Great news and good on you for taking the first step it is always the hardest, once your head is in the right place your body will follow. Go girl!
