Our Founder, Director and Principle Counsellor has a Major in relationships and conflict resolution and further study in child development and parenting.  This extra study has been invaluable as nearly 80% of the Empower2themax caseload is typically about relationships or parenting.

Barry's extensive experience includes three years as a counsellor, one years experience performing psych assesments for psychologists, counsellors and case managers for a personal support program in South East Queensland. 

Barry has worked throughout Australia with various businesses, transitioning Directors/Owners and their employees through their relevant change process.  Barry continually evolves and develops the program content working with the organisation to ensure that his choice of skills and techniques directly reflects the organisation's strategic goals and direction, thereby increasing the business's profitability or saleability.

Barry has created and developed Empower2themax and life coaching courses for corporations with excellent results, his down-to-earth manner and style helps him build rapport quickly with your team and helps you start to deal with the issues you present comfortably and promptly allowing the frustration and ill feelings to dissapate in a short period of time.
